A New, Simple Map: The Foot of Mont Blaow

Name: Mt. Blaow
| N 36°, W 82° |

Details

  • Wind worn, limestone foothills W. of the river.
    • Narrow gullies. Pocketed with caves
  • Geographic “holler” to the W. of the mountain foot.
    • Springs on both sides feed isolated ponds and creeks

Turned this one out faster than expected. Trying to integrate some new processes, previously tested-ran in my La’ou map, such as:

Using images as templates to overlay in Windows Paint 3D, instead of overlaying the Paint 3D image into Wonderdraft.

This way, I can add rivers (creeks in this case), and avoid blanching out the color when adding the hex grid.
